Save time with invoicing. Let Liveforce send billing information to your self-employed staff so they can submit their invoice via the Crew App.
Staff can upload receipts to each job and submit an expense claim. Admins can then review and approve alongside timesheets.
How do I get started?
We provide one-to-one training sessions and online guides to help get you up and running as quickly as possible. This is typically delivered over a period of a few days.
What if I go over my plan's limits?
If you grow to have more Admins or Crew, we’ll notify you and you’ll have an option to upgrade or pay for the additional licences.
Do you offer custom plans?
Yes of course! However big or small or company may be, we are happy to create a tailored plan to fit your needs. Please contact our sales team to find out more.
What additional costs are there?
To keep things simple we include all essential items in your package. We do charge separately for sending SMS (5p each).
Does support cover my Crew?
Yes. Our support team are happy to answer questions about the product directly from your Crew so you don’t have too!
Can I move my existing database across?
Yes this is possible using our importer tool. We’ll be on hand to help you through this process.
What payment types are accepted?
We accept most credit cards and direct debit payments (UK only).
Is there a discount for nonprofits?
Yes! We offer 40% off for all NGOs and registered charities. We also offer 30% off for educational institutions
What currencies are accepted?
The prices above are in USD. However, we can work with you to support additional currencies such as GBP, CAD, EUR, AUD and NZD.
