Why the new look?
We’ve listened carefully to your feedback, and we want to make the Crew App even better for you. This refresh is all about making things simpler, smoother, and more enjoyable for you. This refresh is all about:
- A modern, consistent design – cleaner layouts, fresher colours, and better use of space make everything easier on the eye.
- Easier navigation – we’ve improved the way you move around the app so you can get where you need to go with fewer taps.
- A nicer place to spend time – whether you’re checking your next job, browsing an agency’s page, or updating your details, it should feel good to be here.
- Clearer signposting for agencies – now it’s much simpler to see which pages, jobs, and info relate to each agency you’re registered with.
Phase 1 updates (live now!)
Here’s what you’ll find in the very first release of the new design:
✨ A cleaner, more modern UI
We’ve stripped out the clutter, tidied up the visuals, and created a much more consistent design. Everything is sharper, more polished, and quicker to take in at a glance.
📱 More mobile-friendly navigation
The new layout makes it easier to use the app one-handed. Buttons and menus are closer to your thumb, so it’s more comfortable to browse jobs or update info while you’re on the go.
🏢 Agency-specific pages
Now it’s easier than ever to work with multiple agencies. Each one has its own branded space with their name, logo, and quick links to contact details, job boards, and more.
📋 New company info pages
Agencies can now share useful details about themselves and how they work in one central place — from payment info and FAQs to general rules and working practices.

We’re rebuilding chat to feel more integrated and responsive—so messaging agencies is smoother and faster than ever.
🔔 Customisable notifications
You’ll be able to choose what alerts you receive (like new job alerts or confirmation reminders) and how they reach you—whether by push, email, or SMS.
🗓️ Expiry-doc alerts
Stay compliant and ahead of the game. We’ll send you reminders when your important documents (like certification, ID or work visas) are nearing expiry—so you never miss a beat.
