Regionalisation settings
We’re excited to introduce new Regionalisation settings! Admins can now customize the Date and Time format, along with Units of distance. You can easily find these settings on the Regionalisation page under App Settings. For more details on what’s been improved, be sure to check out our previous Crew App Updates from the Liveforce feature updates!
Board secondary contacts
Admins can now add themselves as a ‘secondary contact’ to each Board. Secondary contacts receive notifications when changes occur on that Board. The first notification activated is for Crew cancellations. If Crew cancel from a Role, the platform sends an email and SMS to the Primary Contact, and now secondary contacts also receive an email. You can access the Board settings by clicking on the Board name.
