RAW Adventures

Based in Eryri (Snowdonia), North Wales, RAW Adventures is owned and operated by Kate and Ross Worthington with support from a close-knit operations team.  Working with small and large-scale groups of all ages and abilities they operate outdoor adventures with qualified and trusted Mountain Leaders and instructors.  This includes their popular Climb Snowdon days as well as supporting the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, bespoke charity and adventure challenge events. They also provide Mountain Training Skills and Leader Qualification courses.

Before liveforce: Staffing management Challenges

As RAW Adventures grew, so did its database, but without a system in place able to keep up with its growth, staffing issues began to arise. It was beginning to prove more complicated to store and record staff qualifications, as well as operational issues such as efficiently replacing staff due to late cancellations.

Additionally, their payment process was prolonged, and the lack of centralised records posed potential legal challenges for licensed activities. RAW Adventures needed staffing software that could solve all of these problems in one place.
