We move as much data as possible from your current platform . Speak with your account manager to determine what’s possible. Where something cannot come across cleanly, we tell you and work out a way to bridge it.

Q: What if my current platform makes exporting difficult?

We start by seeing exactly what it allows . If the export is limited, we find the best route with you and are honest about anything that cannot come.

Q: Is my data handled safely during the move?

Yes . Your data stays yours. We handle it with care and use it only to set your account up, nothing else.

Q: Can I keep my current system running until I am ready?

Yes . Nothing goes live on Liveforce until you have checked the moved data and are happy with it, so you are never caught between two systems.
