Q: Do my crew need another app?

No . Checkouts and returns happen in the same Crew App they check in with, so there’s nothing extra to download. You can also assign an admin to run checkout and returns at the gate.

Q: What kind of things can I track?

Anything physical you hand out : uniforms and t-shirts, radios and hardware, meals, vehicles, a whole pop-up bar. Unique items are tracked one by one; bulk items by the number.

Q: Do I need barcode scanners or special hardware?

No . Crew scan a QR code with the phone camera they’ve already got — there’s no kit to buy.
